Dumbledore’s Army Readathon Wrap Up

Starting off 2017 with the Dumbledore’s Army Readathon was an excellent way to kick off my reading year. Aentee from Read at Midnight created this challenge inspired by Harry Potter to dive into more diverse reads.

Over the past two weeks I was able to read four books of the seven I’d chosen: Shadowshaper by Daniel Jose Older, Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon, History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera, and I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai. All four of these titles were amazing reads and I highly recommend them. Finishing these four books gave me a total of 145 points, but I’m just happy to have experienced them.

So did you participate in the Dumbledore’s Army Readathon? Have you read any of these titles? Feel free to leave your diverse reads recommendations in the comments below!
