2016 Love-A-Thon ~ An Invitation to Tea Mini-Challenge

 

The 2016 Love-A-Thon is a wonderful weekend event held from February 20-21 to promote positivity, kindness, friendship, and good vibes throughout the book community whether it be in blogging, booktube, bookstagram, etc. Hosted by Alexa Loves Books, The Novel Hermit, Stay Bookish & The Daily Prophecy, Love-A-Thon brings people together with fun challenges, twitter chats, blog hopping, and comment sprees. Come join the fun!

Let’s have a tea party! I’m picking one fictional character, one book blogger, and one author to come to the tea party event of the season! My guests for afternoon tea today are Nikolai Lantsov from the Grisha trilogy, Brittany from Brittany’s Book Rambles, and of course Leigh Bardugo. That’s right! It’s a Grisha gathering!

We’ll take our tea by a roaring fire, lounging in high backed comfy armchairs. Dark chocolate and Russian pastries to eat our fill of. I’ll pick Nikolai’s brain about sailing and sword fighting, Leigh about her writing habits and wonderful worldbuilding. Brittany and I will spend the entire time paying rapt attention to the other guests and their amazing stories. At the end of our gathering the two of us will fight over who gets to take Nikolai home and will I reign victorious, leaving with him on my arm.
