Despite how it looks I was actually really good about not buying books this month. Thanks to some wonderful family and friends I was blessed with a bunch of amazing gifts and cannot wait to add them to my shelves.
Let’s start with my own purchases in Reindeer Boy by Cassandra Jean and The Crown’s Dog by Elise Kova. Two books I knew I just had to have. I also got Of Fire and Stars in the December Owlcrate. Next up, my book club girls gifted me with Let Me Tell You by Shirley Jackson and Mechanique by Genevieve Valentine.
From my TBTB Santa I received The Abyss Surrounds Us by Emily Skrutskie, The Girl Who Drank the Moon by Kelly Barnhill, and Iron Cast by Destiny Soria and two of my book blogging buddies sent me gifts of The One Real Thing by Samantha Young and Nemesis by Anna Banks. The last present came from my mom who bought me Ever the Hunted by Erin Summerill.
